Please read over our terms before purchasing anything to ensure you have no trouble with your transaction.

In our terms, "Us," "We," & "Our" refer to Operation: Craft & it's team of creators. All statements made in these terms are authorized by the head of Operation: Craft.

In our terms, "Official" refers to any Perk Item or Hat, sold through Our Webstore, and owned completely by Us where 100% of the profit goes to Our server. "Server" refers to Our Multiplayer Minecraft Server, hosted at mc.operationcraft.net. Our Server is not affiliated with Minecraft or Mojang.

In our terms, "Purchased" & "Purchasable" refers to any Perk Item or Hat received, or can be received, from Our Webstore involving a real-life currency transaction. "Obtained" & "Obtainable" refers to items received, or can be received, from Webstore Credit, a virtual in-game currency that applies only to Our Server, is not insured by Us in any way, shape, or form. We hold all items, purchased or obtained, to a quality standard that they will always work.

In our terms, "Donators" refers to any person(s) who purchased any Perk Item or Hat from Us. "Players" refers to any person(s) who may or may not have donated to Us.

In our terms, "Original Creator" refers to the person(s) who created the Perk Item or Hat.

In our terms, "p2w" refers to Pay-to-Win type games, where people can purchase benefits to advance in the main game.

In our terms, "Items" refers to both Perk Items & Hats, as well as all purchasable and obtainable items through Our Webstore & Server.

In our terms of use, "Perk Items" refers to all purchasable items which are received in the physical item form, and all models & textures. This includes Giftboxes, Loot Crates, Perk Items, Particle Effects, Particle Styles, Mob Pets, Mob Disguises, Name Colors, Title Colors, Tool Skins, Nickname, Nickname Color.

In our terms of use, "Hats" refers to all purchasable items which are received in the physical item form, and all models and textures. All hats are owned by Us, by either purchased license or hired artist, and all hats are subject to price change, texture change, model change, and replacement at any time and for any reason with or without notice.

(This generally won't be an issue, but let's say we revamp a hat to make it higher quality, we are entitled to change that hat you purchased. Most of our hats are perfect how they are, and won't be changed.)

In our terms, "Community-Made" refers to all purchasable items which are received in the physical item form, and all models & textures. These items are made by members of the community, and are sold and hosted by Us to be used on Our server. We screen all items before selling, and Community-Made items are labled as such. Community-Made items are entitled to changes, fixes, adjustments, and replacement at any time with or without notice.

(Again, not that we plan to change any hats, Community-Made hats can often be updated by the Original Creator if they maybe improve their skills and want to refurbish an older item, or fix something they didn't see previously. These hats are expected to have adjustments more than any Official hat.)

In our terms, "Broken" refers to any purchasable or obtainable Perk Item or Hat that does not function as intended, such as not applying the proper permissions, obsolete items that do not work, or any other item not working as intended and described.

TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, adjust, or replace any Perk Items & Hats, Official or Community-Made at any time with or without notice.

We strive to provide a fun, non-p2w server that is accessible to all, whether you can donate or not.

We encourage those who donate to donate for the sake of helping fund Our server, which We have dedicaded countless hours of hard work into creating, rather than trying to purchase items to advance above other players.

To keep Our server from being p2w, We actively monitor Our Server to ensure there is balance between donators and players. Sometimes, We have to adjust our Perk Items and Hats to ensure Our Server is balanced to all players.

As a donator of any Giftbox, you are covered by insurance that will replace any Giftbox, and the complete Giftbox, to any donator in the event of a broken Perk Item, or any major change that would affect the functionality (ex: Hats changing from Dye -> Pumpkins) or value of a previous Giftbox (ex: Adding a bunch of new benefits).

Any Perk Items that are one-time use will only work one time, and therefore cannot be consumed by a player twice. No player will be given a discount, refund, or swap on any purchasable or obtainable Perk Items & Hats in cases where the player already has the item(s).

All Perk Items and Hats are to be handled at a player's discretion, and We hold no accountability for items lost, stolen, or destroyed by any means after the intitial transaction has processed.

No refunds are given for any purchasable or obtainable items. If there is an issue involving a transaction, use the support ticket system to have the problem solved. In the end of the day, we are here to have fun and play Minecraft, we're not going to bite your head off over virtual items.

Chargebacks result in an immediate termination from Our Server. Appeals are only processed from Chargeback-Banned players in the case of the player canceling the Chargeback, and/or returning money taken. Appeals from Chargeback-Banned players can still be denied, even if the dispute is canceled.

Our Server takes all profits and puts them back into advertising, promoting, and rewarding the creators of Our Server. If it wasn't for our builders, texture artists, modelers, film crew & editors, and admins, this project couldn't be a reality. Thanks!
